Our Dragon Visit
The dragon visit workshop introduced children to a unique and innovative approach to storytelling in which the Teach Rex team brought a mythical story to life in front of the children’s eyes.
Through linking the story to the book that was discovered prior to the visit, the children become part of the story and used it as a crucial element of the interactive, learning journey.
This workshop encouraged children to use their imaginations and left them wondering what happens next, which led to an array of writing opportunities.
Next the children used Green Screen to expand their vocabulary, with children verbally discussing ideas that transferred into writing, using green screen to ignite their imaginations.
