Thank you to all the other parents, carers and extended family members and friends who have volunteered their time again to support the events- we really do appreciate it.
If you would like to join the PIPS committee, or think you could support any of our events this year, please do let us know. You can email us on parentsirbyprimaryschool@gmail.com or catch one of us in the play ground or pop in to one of the monthly meetings. All contributions, suggestions and support is always very welcome!
Welcome to the PIPS information page.
Parents of Irby Primary; PIPS is a group of dedicated parents who, with the support of the school and the local community, organise fundraising events and initiatives in order to raise much needed funds to enhance our children’s learning journeys.
We hope that all parents will be able to support PIPS in some way over the time their child is at the school. This doesn't need to be as a committee member or anything formal but attending events, buying raffle tickets (and providing raffle prizes) all make a difference.
Where the money goes:
Over the last few year PIPS funds have been used for several events which the children enjoy. As well as some larger purchases; including the resources for our soon to be revealed sensory room as well as our very special outdoor classroom.
This year we have ambitious targets; we are fundraising for:
To be discussed at the next meeting.
Please see the calendar for forthcoming events.
All the money raised really does make a difference to all our children in school.
